The School Services Program Specialist focuses on partnership development with regional organizations, school districts, and other educational service leaders. This position coaches our customers through the initial introduction to services. The School Services Program Specialist anticipates, understands, and quickly responds to customer needs. Working with the Regional Service Administrators, the specialist works to expand client outreach and transition accounts via servicing upgrades through essential tiers.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Senior VP of School Services.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $60,000.00 and $64,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Serves as the key point of contact for the onboarding and support of new clients.
- Proactively promotes customer engagement with implementation plans and timely, effective communications.
- Ensures customers enroll students into service options successfully and monitors success.
- Reviews student achievement data and consults with school and district administrators to promote virtual instruction fidelity for customers; schedules program data meetings and presents program metrics.
- Use metrics and needs analysis to recommend additional school service opportunities.
- Works with the regional service administrator to transition account servicing through essential tiers.
- Monitor full program compliance and accountability with enrollment policies and processes.
- Conducts webinars to help clients start successfully.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or business administration, experience in virtual school programming preferred or an acceptable combination of education and assistance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in K-12 teaching experience in a school setting.
- Administrative educator credential preferred.
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of education, industry sales, and business models needed.
- Familiarity with the Imagine Learning product family is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
- Online video chat and database software; understanding of cloud-based Web Technology preferred.
